COVID-19

We know the COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging. We also understand there is an abundance of concern surrounding the Cororavirus (COVID-19). As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we want to reassure you that the well-being and safety of you, your guests, and our Party Pix Family are always our top priority.

 

With that in mind, we wanted to take the time to be proactive and inform you of the steps we're taking in addressing and adjusting to this unprecedented situation.

 

SERVICING EVENTS

As we continue to provide a great time for everyone while servicing your events, we want to ensure a safe environment and will be implementing the following:

 

  • Temporarily discontinue the use of physical props

  • Continue our practice of our attendant facilitated photo booth operations to eliminate guests from touching the booth

  • Increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, especially high-touch areas as part of our normal business operations.

  • We will have a some markers on the ground to remind guest to stay 6 ft apart while waiting in the photo booth line.

  • We will have a sanitation station available at the photo booth for guest(s) to sanitize their hands

  • Photo booth attendants will be using face masks and disposable gloves

  • All staff will be attending event will have a temperature screening so they attend event in good health

  • Groups must adhere to social distancing guidelines set forth by the City & County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaii

We will continue to monitor the situation in real time to determine if any additional steps or procedures must be taken if any circumstances change.
